It's Fractions Folding Time

We are learning to find out a fraction of a  shape. I know that I have learnt this lesson because I know that a fraction of one side of a triangle is 1/3, a fraction of one side of a  square is 1/4. This is I did with my fraction shapes.

We are learning to use non-standard measure to find the area of a shape. I know that I have learned this lesson when I can draw my shape, make and estimation, take a photo, check, then make a statement. This is the diamonds maths group with our shape.
